Shop FAQ + POLICIES

The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post. This may vary greatly depending on holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs delays, etc. 

Canada: 2-16 business days
United States: 4-25 business days * holiday season this extends to 35 business days as per canada post

International: 6-36 business days * holiday season this extends to 50 business days as per canada post

Certain countries including Thailand, Russia, Israel, Malaysia, Brunei, Africa, etc., may have longer delivery times and usually be closer to the 36 business days estimate.

    ** DUE TO COVID-19  - there may be delays resulting in longer shipping times. Completely out of our control. 

    Processing time:  1-14 business days * This may change and vary - the banner on the very top of my home page on my website will show the most current info.

    Customs and import taxes
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
    I don't accept returns or exchanges
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order regarding quality issues.
    My order has not arrived yet? what do I do ? 
    • If your order does not reach you in the time frame stated down above please give it an extra 7 business to return back to me and THEN I will re-ship your order ONCE it comes back to me. If you order exceeds $90CAD + PLEASE purchase tracked shipping as I will NOT be replacing these large lost orders/refunding them as It is out of my hands and responsibility once the packages are dropped off at the post office if you choose lettermail shipping. Stamped letter-mail option is at buyers risk as I do offer an alternative (excluding macy mail monthly sub as there is only letter-mail option).
    • PLEASE double check your address upon checking out as I will ship to that address - if it ends up being incorrect and mail gets lost I will not be mailing out another package as that was buyers error. If it comes back to me as a return to sender it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage again. 

    Do you have any current coupon codes?

    Can I combine my order to save on shipping?

    If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us via plannermonkeyco@hotmail.com to see what can be done. We cannot make promises that this can be done, but we will try our best 

    MACY MAIL SUB

    This sticker sub ships out VIA CANADA POST LETTER-MAIL (stamps) in order to keep it the " small affordable sticker sub". If your sub goes missing please email me at plannermonkeyco@hotmail.com and we will figure out a replacement once it has been the allotted time frame quoted by Canada Post.

     

    SHOP POLICIES - LOST ORDERS 

    Because of our terms and conditions accepted at checkout. We do NOT refund lost orders UNLESS Tracked Shipping is chosen and paid for at checkout. Tracked shipping is the only method that comes with Insurance from the postal company (Canada Post). I will however replace a lost order after the delivery window threshold has been met + 5 extra business days to see if it has been returned to sender. Shipping is out of our hands and we are a small business which means if something goes missing we too are out money if we are replacing the items. If you order is $90+ CAD I will NOT replace these orders. If you are placing a large order it is your responsibility to choose tracked / insured shipping at checkout.
