Lost Orders/Refunds/Re-ships 

We do our best to ensure your package reaches you safely and in a timely manner but it is out of our control if the package in-fact gets lost/bent etc. Anything leaving plannermonkeyco headquarters is quality checked and packaged in a cellophane bag with a 4x6 cardstock postcard to help keep your stickers secure. 

Plannermonkeyco Is NOT responsible for any lost orders once shipped. It is the buyers responsibility to purchase tracked shipping as their desired shipping method if they want insurance on their package. If you do not purchase tracked shipping (comes with insurance) the postal service will not refund me for the amount lost/stolen therefore I cannot refund you. Please keep this in mind. If your order is taking over the allotted time frame quoted in my FAQ I will re-ship ONLY once your order comes back to me as a return to sender etc.. Please email me when in doubt. 

Select regular letter-mail shipping (untracked) at buyers risk. 

Customs and import taxes/vat

As a Buyer you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon receiving your package. Any delays in shipment due to customs is against our control. 

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We do NOT accept returns due to the nature of the product nor do we accept exchanges. Cancellations are NOT accepted as your order is generally already in the processing system (invoices are printed automatically). 

Your Privacy

I will only be using your shipping and billing addresses and contact information to ship your orders, paying taxes (legal), my own private record keeping, promotional offers (via email).
