* Please allow 1-4 business days for email response - I am a busy mama of 2. 
Processing time + cancellation’s 
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies and is usually in the top bar on our site. Custom orders take longer.
I DO NOT accept cancellations. This is to keep processing time at a minimum and to prevent postage being purchased thats not needed.  If its an issue with you forgetting to put a coupon code in there is nothing i can do after the fact.

Estimated shipping times for within Canada + OVERSEAS 
(please remember with overseas- items can be in customs for as long as they desire up to 2 months sometimes on a bad occasion)
via Canada Post lettermail (no tracking) 
Canada: 2-12 business days
(holiday postal times now in affect 2-25 business days)
Europe: 10-30 business days
(holiday postal times now in affect 10-40 business days)
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-30 business days
(holiday postal times now in affect 10-40 business days)
Asia Pacific: 10-30 business days
(holiday postal times now in affect 10-40 business days)
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-30 business days

  • Please remember if you DO NOT purchase the upgraded Tracked Shipping you will NOT be able to track your package. There will also be no insurance on it so in the event it goes lost there is no way to claim the loss. Please email me if this is something you are wanting and the option does not come up on check-out due to VAT 
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.
I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 
My order has not arrived yet? what do I do ? 
  • If your order does not reach you in the time frame stated down above please give it an extra 7 business to return back to me and THEN I will re-ship your order once it comes back to me. If you order exceeds $90CAD +  PLEASE purchase tracked shipping so you get insurance (usa shipping automatically comes with it) as I will NOT be replacing these large lost orders/refunding them UNLESS this is done as It is out of my hands and responsibility once the packages are dropped off at the post office when there's no tracking/ insurance paid for.
  • PLEASE double check your address upon checking out. I am NOT responsible for mail going missing or lost due to wrong address. I simply copy and paste your address you give into my label printer. :)
