Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

What is your processing time?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies and is usually in the top bar on our site. Custom orders may take longer.

I DO NOT accept cancellations. This is to keep processing time at a minimum and to prevent postage being purchased thats not needed.  If its an issue with you forgetting to put a coupon code in there is nothing i can do after the fact.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it. Occasionally if it's not already in processing que (printed invoice and shipping label ready) I can edit an order. You can always email me to ask but I am FIRM on the no cancellation policy.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

There is a promo code box during the checkout process. Just enter your code and hit the "apply" button! We're unable to apply discounts after you've placed your order, so be sure your discount is entered before you hit that final checkout button.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

How long will it take to receive my order once it's shipped?

Estimated shipping times for within Canada + OVERSEAS (please remember with overseas- items can be in customs for as long as they desire up to 2 months sometimes during busy times)

via Canada Post letter-mail (no tracking) : 2-12 business days

  • Please remember if you DO NOT purchase the upgraded Tracked Shipping you will NOT be able to track your package. There will also be no insurance on it so in the event it goes lost there is no way to claim the loss. Please email me if this is something you are wanting and the option does not come up on check-out due to VAT 
My order hasn't come yet. What do I do?

If your order does not reach you in the time frame stated down above please give it an extra 7 business to return back to me and THEN I will re-ship your order once it comes back to me.  I will NOT be replacing lost orders/refunding them UNLESS YOU HAVE TRACKING AS SHIPPING METHOD

PLEASE double check your address upon checking out. I am NOT responsible for mail going missing or lost due to wrong address. I simply copy and paste your address you give into my label printer / program :)
