* No returns are accepted, but I will always work with you to find a solution for any damaged items!
* Letter-mail/air mail is at the buyer's risk as there are no insurance options.
* No order combining is available at this time.
* Customer address accuracy is the responsibility of the customer.
* No cancellations are accepted (no exceptions).
* I am aware that all applicable tiered freebie promos are applied to the order total before shipping and after discounts.

Due to recent changes in tariff regulations imposed by the US government, some stationery products in your order may be subject to duties, tariffs, or other import-related charges upon delivery. Please note that PMC Stationery Inc. (Planner Monkey Co) is not liable for any customs, duties, or tariff-related fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For International (Overseas) Customers:
For orders shipped outside of Canada and the USA, PMC Stationery Inc. (Planner Monkey Co) is not liable for any duties, customs fees, or other import-related charges incurred upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s import regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies and is usually in the top bar on our site.
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently, avoid loosing out on payment processing fees and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it. Occasionally if it's not already in processing que (printed invoice and shipping label ready) I can edit an order. You can always email me to ask but I am FIRM on the no cancellation policy.
There is a promo code box during the checkout process. Just enter your code and hit the "apply" button! We're unable to apply discounts after you've placed your order, so be sure your discount is entered before you hit that final checkout button.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
Estimated Shipping times for chit chats TRACKED Canada/ ALL USA Orders are generally 5-15 business days
Letter-mail / Air Mail Within Canada + OVERSEAS : Generally 5-30 business days. Please remember that this type of mail has no insurance.
* remember with orders out of Canada- items can be in customs for awhile and I have no control over this.
*Mail anywhere is not replaceable unless you have tracked shipping. Without tracked shipping chosen as your method at checkout it is buyers risk
Canadian Letter-Mail: Please wait 30 business days from shipping date as snail mail is slow. Reminder that Letter-mail is NOT insurable therefore it is NOT replaceable. Letter-mail its buyers risk.
TRACKED shipping (anywhere): If you have a delivered notification on your tracking or it has been " stuck" for a week. Please contact your local delivery service in your country and open a claim BEFORE contacting me. After you have a claim # please email me at support@plannermonkeyco.ca.
**PLEASE double check your address upon checking out. I am NOT responsible for mail going missing or lost due to wrong address. Legally I have to ship to the address given at checkout and any errors that are at the fault of the customer voids any insurance on your package with courrier.
