US Customers - Tariff Note

To my amazing US Customers

On August 29, 2025, the United States will/has eliminated its $800 de minimis exemption —" The U.S. de minimis rule was established in 1938 as part of the Tariff Act of 1930 (Section 321), initially allowing for the duty-free importation of low-value goods to reduce administrative burdens for customs"

Due to this, all shipments entering the US from Canada will be subject to review by boarder control agencies and may be charged duties & taxes depending on the contents and value inside.

Please ensure you review our shop policies on duties & taxes charged on international orders. We are not responsible for covering these costs and they must be paid in order to receive your package. Any shipments that are denied & returned to sender will incur additional fees to have the package returned to Plannermonkeyco (In the past these fees have been $10-$20 and that can change). When processing your refund for the order, should it be returned to sender, you will be refunded minus these fees as it was not Plannermonkeyco who placed the order for you to begin with therefore it is the buyers responsibility. (This includes shipping fees & duties/taxes fees).

Thank you & for any further questions, please reach out to me. I am sorry this has happened and I appreciate any and all continued support.
